gone, but never forgotten.
That's the idea behind every invitation I make.
Paper that gets planted, not tossed. Wildflowers that grow where your wedding announcement once lived. A first impression so beautiful your guests remember it long after the day itself.
At Terra Paper Company, stunning and sustainable aren't a tradeoff. They're the whole point.
So when I discovered letterpress while studying graphic design in college, it felt less like a hobby and more like coming home. That was nearly fifteen years ago. I haven't stopped printing since.
I've spent the past seven years channeling that obsession into wedding stationery—growing my studio, shrinking it back down, and at one point running my entire operation out of a van. These days I keep things intentionally small, because I want every single order to get the attention and care it deserves (and let's be honest, I'm a control freak).
I've loved making things with my hands for as long as I can remember.
Beautiful shouldn't cost the earth
My passion for sustainability didn't start with paper. It started with fast fashion—the staggering waste of an industry built on disposability. Once I saw it, I couldn't unsee it.
The wedding industry has the same problem. Mountains of materials ordered, used once, and discarded.
Terra Paper exists because luxury and responsibility aren't opposites. Every choice—from the recycled materials to the embellishments we don't offer—is made with the planet in mind.

and then there's my favorite part–
I grow a lot at home—plants, herbs, whatever I can coax out of the San Diego sun. So when I discovered paper embedded with wildflower seeds, it felt like two loves colliding. Your guests can plant their invitation and watch poppies, black-eyed susans, and sweet alyssum grow from it. Something beautiful, made from your wedding day, growing into something new.
I find that genuinely magical. I probably always will.
Over 700 couples and fifteen years of refining my process, I've built something that couples consistently tell me was their favorite part of wedding planning. Not just painless—actually fun.
Not sure yet? Order a sample. That's always the best place to start.
The part of wedding planning you'll actually enjoy
