Every invitation I create is made specifically for you — your wording, your colors, your vision, printed by hand on handmade paper. Because of that, I'm not able to accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
That's not a limitation I take lightly. It's why I've built the entire process around making sure you feel completely confident before anything goes to print.
What's included to protect you
Every order includes two full rounds of design revisions, followed by a final approval round. You'll see exactly what your invitations will look like — every piece, every detail — before I ever touch the press. Nothing moves to production until you've reviewed and approved the final design.
If I make a mistake
If a printing error occurs on my end, I'll either reprint the affected pieces or provide a credit, whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction matters, and I stand behind my work.
If there's an error in approved copy
Once you've signed off on the final design, that approval is your confirmation that everything is correct. If an error in the wording is discovered after printing, the cost of reprinting is the responsibility of the client. This is why I always encourage a careful, thorough review before submitting your final approval — read it slowly, have someone else read it too.
Deposits
The 25% deposit paid at booking is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your order before printing begins, the deposit is retained to cover the design work and time already invested.
Questions or concerns?
If something feels off about your order at any point, please reach out before approving anything for print. I'd much rather take the time to get it right than have you end up with invitations that don't feel exactly as they should. You can always reach me at sally@terrapaperco.com
