shipping and delivery

Every order is packed with care and ships from my San Diego studio via UPS. Here's what to expect once your invitations are on their way.

Standard Shipping

All orders ship via UPS Ground at no additional cost. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your location.

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Expedited Shipping

Need your invitations sooner? Upgraded shipping is available upon request. Because final shipping costs depend on the weight and size of your completed order, I'll share your options once everything is packed and ready to go. Just let me know at any point during your order and I'll make a note.

International Shipping

I ship worldwide. International shipping costs vary based on your location and order size, so I'll include an estimated shipping quote in your project proposal. This may shift slightly if your order details change, but it gives you a solid starting point.

How Your Order Arrives

Your invitations will arrive carefully organized, with each item bundled separately — main invitations together, envelopes together, and so on. Add-ons like wax seals, belly bands, and envelope liners come pre-assembled.

From there, you'll stuff, seal, and mail your envelopes yourself. For postage guidance and tips on mailing with wax seals, visit the FAQ page.

Sustainable Packaging

Wherever possible, I reuse boxes and packing materials to reduce waste. The planet deserves a little care, even in the details.

Once Your Order Ships

After your invitations leave my studio, delivery is in the hands of UPS. I'm not able to take responsibility for delays, damage during transit, or issues that arise after the order has shipped. If something arrives damaged, please reach out and I'll do my best to help.
