the ordering   handbook

Everything you need to know — before, during, and after your order.

You choose a design you love. I handle the rest — and along the way, you'll make it yours through color, wording, and every detail in between.

Step 1: Find Your Design

Browse the collection, order samples to see everything in person, and choose the design that feels like you.

Step 3: Reserve Your Spot

Pay a 25% deposit to lock in your place on my calendar. Space is intentionally limited, so this is what makes it official.

Step 5: Design

You'll receive two rounds of digital proofs — realistic mockups of every piece in your suite, with space to share feedback on each one. We'll refine until everything feels exactly right.

When to mail

Invitations
Aim to mail at least two months before your wedding date. Build in time to add postage, stuff, seal, and send — it takes longer than you'd think.

Save the Dates
Aim to mail at least six months before your wedding date, ideally earlier if you have guests traveling from out of town or a destination wedding.

One universal rule: the earlier you order, the more breathing room everyone has. I recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date.

real suites, real couples

Color choices, wording, add-ons — every decision adds up to something personal. See how past couples have interpreted each design and made it their own.

Choose seeded paper embedded with wildflower seeds — your guests can plant their invitations after your wedding. Or go with classic handmade paper, crafted from 90% cotton and 10% recycled fibers. Either way, because it's made to size, there's zero paper waste from the start.
Every piece can be recycled, composted, or planted. I don't use ribbons, acrylic, or plastic anywhere in my designs — just beautiful paper that returns to the earth.
Your invitations arrive in reused boxes with paper padding. No plastic mailers, no bubble wrap, no ribbon ties. Thoughtfully packed, sustainably shipped.
I letterpress and foil print everything in-house without chemicals or solvents. By printing exclusively on handmade paper, I keep paper waste to an absolute minimum.

stylish, and sustainable

Sustainability isn't a feature I added on — it's the reason Terra Paper exists. I believe luxury stationery should be as kind to the earth as it is beautiful in your hands. Every material, every method, every choice is made with that in mind.

Belly Band Options

A thread wraps your invitation, with a hand-poured wax seal in the center. Choose from a range of seal designs, wax colors, and the option to press dried flowers or foliage directly into the wax for an organic, one-of-a-kind finish.

Wax Seal Belly Band

A classic, done beautifully. A paper band wraps your suite and is printed with your names and wedding date in the center. Fully customizable to match your color palette — available in digital print, letterpress, or foil.

printed paper Belly Band

A modern, tactile alternative to traditional ribbon. Made from 100% paper, it wraps your suite with a sturdy, earthy texture that feels intentional without being fussy. An eco-conscious choice that doesn't compromise on style.

Paper Raffia Belly Band

Simple, quiet, considered. 100% paper twine wraps your suite in a way that lets everything else shine. Available in white and kraft — a naturally understated finish.

Twine Wrap

Each style comes in a range of designs and colors, customized to match the rest of your suite. Your options will be presented when you fill out your customization form.

Letterpress presses your design directly into the paper using my 100-year-old antique press — creating a subtle, tactile impression that's impossible to replicate digitally. Each sheet is hand-fed, one at a time. The ink has a soft matte finish that feels as considered as it looks.
Foil uses heat and pressure to bond metallic film to the surface of the paper, producing a reflective finish that catches the light in a way letterpress simply can't. Available in gold, copper, rose gold, and holographic. An especially beautiful choice if you want your invitations to feel like something worth keeping.
Used for details cards, envelope liners, and guest addressing — digital printing delivers crisp, full-color results and helps keep your overall investment accessible. It won't be letterpress, but it will be beautiful, and it will look like it belongs.

print methods

Letterpress and foil are the foundation — each sheet hand-fed, one at a time. Digital printing handles details cards, envelope liners, and guest addresses, keeping costs sensible without losing cohesion.
