Guest address files — if you're ordering envelope addressing, you'll submit a list of names and mailing addresses for your wedding guests.

Payment information — processed securely through a third-party payment processor. I do not store your credit card or banking information directly.

Usage data — basic information about how visitors interact with my website, collected through tools like Google Analytics. This may include your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site.

How I use your information

I use the information you provide to:
  • Respond to your inquiry and create a custom quote
  • Process and fulfill your order
  • Communicate with you throughout the design and production process
  • Send order updates, shipping confirmations, and follow-up emails related to your order

I do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.

In order to run my business, I work with a small number of trusted third-party services. Your information may be shared with:

  • Dubsado — my client relationship management platform, where order and communication information is stored
  • UPS — for order fulfillment and shipping
  • Payment processors — to securely handle transactions

  • Email service providers — for order confirmations and communications

I retain client information for as long as necessary to fulfill your order and for a reasonable period afterward, in case questions arise. Guest address files are kept on file during the active order period and may be retained briefly after shipping in case of mailing issues.
